We collect the information needed to provide StreamHosting, including your account details, relay configuration, uploaded fallback media, support messages and basic connection information.

We use this information to create and secure your account, operate your relay, provide support, prevent misuse and improve the service. We process it to provide the service you requested and where necessary for our legitimate interests or legal obligations.

Your live audio and video pass through our relay while you are streaming and are sent to the destination you selected. We do not record your live stream. Uploaded fallback media is stored until you remove it.

We use only the cookie required to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We share data only with service providers needed to run StreamHosting and with the streaming destinations you choose. External platforms apply their own privacy policies. We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.

We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations. Account content is removed when you delete it, although limited copies may remain temporarily in backups.

Depending on the applicable requirements, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. Where processing is based on consent, consent may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.
